Jammu and Kashmir Bank customers are facing problems in accessing mPay services on Saturday leaving customers fuming.
Customers informed that they are not able to access the app which is giving them a tough time logging into their accounts.
Besides mPAY some other bank services have also came to halt.
What happened to me today morning?
I was leaving for college this morning. I am Studying South Kashmir’s Anantnag district almost 90 km from Kangan when I reached to nearby J&K bank ATM to withdraw the cash for the fare but unfortunately, the ATM is not working, ATM shows me “Server Down” then after I tried Mpay and google pay both show me “Bank is under maintenance” I had to come back home later I could not go to college
Nazir Ahmad local labour also want to withdraw the cash but he told me firstly “Che ka Karan yate? What are you doing here and why you are so sad I told him I was leaving for college but ATM doesn’t work, he told me to let me try when he tried ATM showed “Bank is under maintenance”
Sources said that the Bank faced an outage across Kashmir Valley as all the customers visiting the ATMs left without entering into the transaction.
My friend had to pay college admission fees today at Woman’s college Srinagar when she reached college firstly she visited ATM to withdraw cash, She calls me My ATM is not working I don’t know what is happening, I said it’s not difficult on your ATM card it’s difficult on the bank, she cried and told me what I can do? I said don’t worry you have carried another bank ATM she said “Yes” I told him to try it finally she withdrew cash for the college fee.
