Srinagar,  The Jammu and Kashmir administration has sanctioned the voluntary retirement of a JKAS Officer Bharat Bhushan, who was serving as Director of Social Welfare, Jammu.

According to an official order, the retirement would take effect from September 7, 2024

However, the order specifies that Bhushan’s voluntary retirement is granted in relaxation of standard rules, with the stipulation that any outstanding liabilities or dues must be settled.

Additionally, the retirement is contingent upon the verification of his service title.
