Srinagar : The winter vacation for all schools in Kashmir has been extended until March 6, Education Minister Sakina Masood Itoo announced on Friday.
Addressing the media, Itoo stated that the decision was taken considering the prevailing weather conditions in the region. She confirmed that all schools across the Valley will now resume classes from March 7.
The extension comes amid continued cold weather, with students and parents anticipating a smoother transition back to academic activities as temperatures improve.
