Ganderbal, January 26, 2026: Renowned Campaigner, Social Reformer, and Motivational Speaker, Bilal Bhat, was awarded by the District Administration Ganderbal on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day 2026 for his relentless dedication to social services and impactful campaigning across the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, particularly in the Ganderbal district.
