Anantnag: Anantnag Police successfully traced three minor girls who had gone missing from Nunwani area of the district within hours of receiving information about their disappearance.
According to police, the girls had left their homes on the evening of June 12. Acting swiftly, police launched a coordinated search operation under the supervision of senior officers. Multiple teams were formed and technical assistance, along with ground-level verification, was utilized to locate the missing girls.
The girls were traced safely and found to be in good health. After completing the necessary legal formalities, they were handed over to their respective families.
Police said the prompt recovery reflects its commitment to ensuring the safety and security of children and other vulnerable sections of society. The public has been urged to report such incidents immediately to facilitate timely action.
