The Jammu and Kashmir Disaster Management Authority (JK-DMA) has issued a high-level avalanche alert for areas above 2500 meters, including Doda, Ganderbal, Kishtwar, and Ramban, with a high danger level avalanche likely to occur within the next 24 hours.
Local authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant and take necessary precautions. In case of an emergency, individuals can dial 112 for immediate assistance from the JK-UT Disaster Management Authority.
