Ganderbal: Central University of Kashmir (CUK) intends to offer admission to eligible working journalists and media professionals to its Post-Graduate (PG) programme in Mass Communication & Journalism for the academic session 2025 under the New Normal Mode.
The candidates must have a graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks and professional experience of at least two years with a recognised media organisation. New Normal Mode offers flexibility through a blended pedagogy model of teaching and learning and promotes ‘learn while earn’ opportunity, the university said.
Under blended mode, the candidates can complete their required coursework hours in each semester through Offline and Online classes and can also have flexibility to earn credits from SWAYAM platforms as per the vision of NEP-2020. The use of Learning Management Systems (LMS), MOOC platforms, and other digital tools for online delivery will also be adopted for effective teaching-learning.
The interested candidates can register themselves through a link which is available on the university website or can approach the department by contacting the admission nodal officer. However, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility conditions and register for the programme at an earliest. For more information, candidates are advised to contact the department nodal officer concerned.
