The Kashmir Jurists Bar Association, in collaboration with the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), proudly celebrated the 79th Independence Day of India with great patriotic fervour and enthusiasm.
On this historic occasion, the Tricolour was ceremoniously hoisted at the premises of the Central Administrative Tribunal. The event witnessed the gracious participation of senior members of the Bar, distinguished guests, and officers of the Tribunal. Advocates affiliated with the Kashmir Jurists Bar Association were invited in large numbers, resulting in an impressive gathering that reflected the unity and collective spirit of the legal fraternity.
The celebration began with the flag-hoisting ceremony, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, filling the atmosphere with deep patriotism and respect for the nation. Speeches delivered by eminent members highlighted the significance of Independence Day, paid homage to the sacrifices of the freedom fighters, and reaffirmed the commitment of the legal community to uphold justice, equality, and the democratic values enshrined in the Constitution of India.
The Kashmir Jurists Bar Association expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Central Administrative Tribunal for their cooperation and to all advocates who participated in making the celebration memorable. The event concluded with a message of unity, peace, and dedication towards nation-building.
