IUST CIR Holds Orientation on Effective Strategies for Cracking Civil Services

The Centre for International Relations (CIR), Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST), organised an orientation programme under the CIR Coaching Academy titled “How to Crack Civil Services: A Practical Roadmap.” The session was delivered by Mr. Mir Mushtaq Qadir, an experienced civil services mentor with over two decades of expertise in guiding aspirants.
The programme is part of the CIR Coaching Academy’s lecture series aimed at supporting students preparing for civil services examinations. Faculty members, scholars, and students participated actively in the event.
Addressing the gathering, Prof. Abdul Wahid Makhdhoomi, Registrar IUST, emphasised the importance of consistent hard work and strategic planning for success in civil services. Dr. G. N. Itoo, Director, Centre for Good Governance and Policy Analysis, underscored the value of effectively utilising academic and digital resources. Dr. Syed Jaleel Hussain, Head CIR, highlighted the objectives of the initiative and the broader vision of strengthening civil services coaching at the university.
The orientation programme reaffirmed CIR’s commitment to providing structured guidance, expert mentorship, and a supportive academic ecosystem for civil services aspirants at IUST.
