Sopore: Authorities in Sopore have sealed the operation theatre of Hakeem Sonuallah Hospital following shocking allegations that a doctor mistakenly removed a patient’s uterus instead of performing a scheduled ENT surgery. Sources told the news agency Kashmir News Trust that the patient was admitted for a routine ENT procedure, but due to an alleged error, doctors instead carried out an irreversible surgical procedure, leading to the removal of the uterus.
