The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has rescheduled the M.Sc Nursing Entrance Examination to June 16, 2026, following representations from aspiring candidates seeking an earlier date for the conduct of the test.
The examination, which was cancelled on June 7 due to discrepancies in candidate-specific OMR answer sheets, will now be held in the evening shift from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Following the cancellation, JKBOPEE had initially informed candidates that the examination would be re-conducted on June 23, 2026. Subsequently, the date was preponed to June 19 and a formal notification in this regard was uploaded on the Board’s website.
However, after receiving several representations from candidates regarding the scheduling of the examination, the Board reviewed the matter and finally decided to conduct the entrance test on June 16.
According to the notification issued by JKBOPEE, fresh admit cards for the examination will be made available separately. Candidates have been advised to regularly visit the Board’s official website for updates regarding admit cards, examination centres and other important instructions.
The Board said all necessary arrangements are being made to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination across the Union Territory.
