Daily Maqsad & Mabrook Tour and Travels Send Ganderbal Youth on Free Umrah

Daily Maqsad, in collaboration with Mabrook Tour and Travels, on Sunday sent a young resident of Ganderbal, Aqib from Gangarhama, on a fully sponsored Umrah pilgrimage. Aqib was selected as the lucky winner of Daily Maqsad’s special Ramadan initiative, ‘Faizan-e-Ramzan’, which was organised during the holy month to encourage community participation.
Throughout Ramadan, participants actively took part in the programme, and a transparent lucky draw was conducted at the end. Aqib’s name was announced as the winner, securing him a free Umrah journey.
Mabrook Tour and Travels, the main sponsor of this year’s programme, took full responsibility for Aqib’s travel arrangements and accompanied him on the pilgrimage. The agency ensured that all procedures, documentation and travel support were completed smoothly.
The Faizan-e-Ramzan initiative also received support from several local partners, including Snow Land Hotel Sonamarg, Hotel Sonamarg Glacier, MM Shawl Pvt. Ltd., and Sultania Shopping Complex, Behama Ganderbal.
Officials from Mabrook Tour and Travels said they were pleased to be associated with a programme that connects with the community in a positive and spiritual way. They also announced that next year, through the same Faizan-e-Ramzan programme, the agency will sponsor two free Umrah tickets for two lucky winners.
Daily Maqsad thanked all sponsors for their cooperation and said the aim of the initiative was to provide the youth and the wider community with a positive and meaningful platform rooted in the spirit of Ramadan.
