Kulgam Truck Driver Killed, Two Injured as Truck Hits Divider in Gwalior
A truck bearing registration number JK22C-9979 met with a fatal accident after hitting a road divider in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, resulting in the death of the driver and injuries to two other occupants, triggering an immediate response from local authorities.
The deceased has been identified as Suhail Ahmad Wani, son of Bashir Ahmad Wani, a resident of Oriel Kund in Kulgam district of Jammu and Kashmir. His death has cast a pall of gloom over his native area, where family members and locals expressed shock and grief over the tragic incident.
Two other occupants of the truck sustained serious injuries in the accident. They were identified as Saleem Ahmad Wani, son of Nisar Ahmad Wani, a resident of Kraloo Kund, and another individual from Shopian. Both injured were immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are undergoing treatment. Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway.
