Srinagar, 04 April 2025: The High Court Staff Welfare Association hosted a heartfelt farewell function today to honor Sh. Aftab Ahmed Chouhan, Registrar Management, as he embarks on his superannuation journey after an impressive 37 years of devoted service. The event, held in the Common Room of the Jammu Wing of the High Court, was a fitting tribute to Sh. Chouhan’s profound impact on the court’s operations and was graced by a diverse assembly of High Court staff, esteemed dignitaries, and Hon’ble High Court Judges.
The highlight of the afternoon was an eloquent address by Hon’ble the Chief Justice Tashi Rabstan. His Lordship paid tribute to Sh.
